The staff were wonderful and helpful but the estimated time given to change my brake pads was incorrect. I was told 1.5 hours which was fine and I had planned to sit and wait. It actually took over 3 hours! Messed up my day!
Was told to collect car at 2pm but it wasn't actually ready until 3.15pm, resulting in a considerable wait.
More than satisfied as everyone is very friendly from the moment you enter the salesroom, you are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from the lady on the front desk to the serving and sales departments.

Initially I had to chase Mini twice to book the service in and no one telephoned me back.
Great service from Mrs Sam White who has sold us a few of our cars
The process from booking a service to completion was user friendly.
Arrived on time to be told they didn't know which service I was having. I was told it would take 1 hr 40 mins but I was there for 2 hours and 40 mins! Also was told I have to take the car back for a check to be run on the lights, can take 8 hours

Service carried-out within the time stated, good waiting space at the new garage, car reappeared all clean. Frustrating that the car had to go in twice due to not being allowed to do oil change less than 2 days early - staff also frustrated!
Difficulty getting in touch with service dept...had to call 3 times before they finally got back to me. Excellent service during service and then when went back for follow up work they had failed to inform me the workshop had moved back to Long Hanbo

Very friendly and helpful staff and car was cleaned before collection. Whilst I understand every effort was made to diagnose the problem the issue was not solved i.e. engine occasionally cutting out when reducing speed on a r.a.b. or at a junction

Great service from the team in North Oxford but surly BMW staff when i went to the wrong desk on my first visit and the uncertainty of location leading up to the service meant i could not be completely satisfied.
My service was done quickly and on time.
It's a busy place but I was seen quickly and efficiently. They completed the work in good time and kept me fully informed.
Once I managed to get in touch with the service team the service was excellent, but trying to get to speak to someone was extremely difficult, took at least 4 attempts, and no one called me back when I left my number.

Very satisfied with actual service and dealing with customer service agent Richard. Only thing that stops me giving a 5 is that I do not like the fact that I get no paperwork at all to confirm what has been done during the service.
Usual garage is being renovated, had to go to the BMW garage.

Reasons given above & also I asked on two or three occasions about a courtesy car & on each occasion I was fobbed off. You had my car for over two weeks and I had the inconvenience of having to find my way to work without a car during this time.
My husband brought my mini to Long Hanborough having dropped me at work to get there for 9, only to be told to go to the BMW garage at Wolvercote. Fortunately he knows the back roads so got there in time then the car wasn't taken in until 10.20.
Service was booked at a time to suit me, completed quickly and comfortable waiting areas.
Wasn't told servicing had moved from Long Hanborough and drove there to find I was in the wrong place. I had no message, despite being told one had been left for me. Very annoying.

Total confusion over last service on tlc.had to wait 45 mins after collection time given for car to be cleaned car presented dirty just sprayed with water
