I have never had any problems at north Oxford Mini they have always been very helpful. Everytime I have been at north Oxford I have dealt with Nicki, and i can only say how helpfull,and in my eyes goes that little bit extra in her job

Quickly explained the work required and gave me a price. Had the price included VAT then it would have been a 5. Why quote 'the public' prices excluding VAT. We want to know what we are going to pay, not 80 of it

Car needed a steering repair for MOT. Was told would take 3 1 2 hours so was dropped off at 8am advising I needed the car for 1pm. Kept waiting whilst staff drank coffee and work did not start until 8.45am. Was then called later to say would be 2pm.
