Geoff was extremely helpful and left nothing out with his explanations
Emily very helpful and knowledgeable. Kept us informed of progress and always returned calls.
The sales team were fantastic helping me with every aspect of my purchase, I could not be happier
we were very satisfied, so much so we went back 2 weeks later with my mother and bought another mini from Geoff.
The staff at the dealership were brilliant however the showroom did not have the wow factor. It could have done with a good clean

North Oxford Garage is a very pleasant place to wait while the car, in this case, had an MOT. Staff friendly and coffee facilities available should you require it. It was a bonus to be told that my car had been washed and hoovered

car was in for an oil service, I was told it would take 2 and a half hours, after 3 hours and no phone call I rang the dealer and was told my car was ready. When I had my first service it was much quicker.
The problem I was experienced was resolved during my visit and my car returned lovely and clean
The toy MINI which is for children to use is very annoying at half term.
The car was in twice for an oil leak which turned out to be the oil pump leaking.

It's not the dealer that is not good quality, it's the car.
The dealership advised the brakes needed to be done. I went to another garage to have the brakes done they advised that there was a nut missing. When I rang the dealership to query this they advised that they had forgotten to advise me.
It was as expected.
They cater for the Customer and it's a pleasure to wait there.
This score represents the damage the dealership did to the customers vehicle which they have repaired but have not compensated the customer as promised.

Very efficient and polite service, car cleaned and all issues resolved.
Given that my car returns there due to manufacturing and design issues which are not their fault they still operate at the very highest level.

Depressing that you wanted a lot of money to change 4 winter wheels for summer perhaps 10 mins work. That was poor, and I shall do it myself

When the mini was first looked at it was booked for two weeks time for fuel sender to be fixed. However, I was not told to keep an eye on the fuel until it was fixed and he car broke down again. Not happy
staff is friendly but as said before the problem has not been fixed

The customer was told she needed brake pad and discs and The customer took the vehicle elsewhere and was told that they was only half worn.the dealer ship did not alter service light so light still flashing.

too much depends on the receptionist,often this young female is the only employee with whom we have any contact.
Took it to the garage to get repaired. Paid £395 and is still not fixed, was told it was something else,so got that done, yet is still not fixed.

it is always easy to pass waiting times by looking at the new and used stock of cars, indeed having a service or MOT done whilst waiting I have beentempted into buying two replacement cars which I would not optherwise have time or reason to look at
On collection my Mini looked brand new. Really cleaned well. All staff very professional.
