Everyone there is always very helfpul, and Emily Thomas in particular was always very professional, knowledgeable, helpul and friendly.

was not informed or advised to bring both parts of driving licence and utility bill. also this had to be done straight away so i had to scan. this rather let this down as to scan papers is a pain for me.
Communication was very good, via email and phone, not too pushy, but you always felt looked after.

Nicky was really great at helping me deal with Mini direct for an out of warranty claim
Whilst the fault on the car was minor the attention to detail and service was excellent

Niki Kenchington goes out of her way to help. One of the sales staff SIMON GARDNER lent his own car so i could test drive it.
I wish they would return their phone calls, and I wish they had been more proactive with the MOT and Service.
