I was kept informed the whole way through, even though there was a slight delay on delivery. The customer service received was second to none from the second I walked in to enquire! Simon Gardner at the long hanborough branch is a top guy!

My car came in for a service and MOT. Unfortunately it needed new rear shock absorbers. As we were leaving for Europe in a weeks time and only had one car we were given a loaner car and the work was done the following day

(1) quotation for repairs difficult to understand against video highlighting repair work needed. (2) parts and labour very expensive. I doubt I'll purchase another Mini after this bill much as I love them as a car.

All went well with explanation of what was to be carried out. Courtesy car provided. On collection car had been cleaned & the invoice was explained by Mafenola. I received the usual video report. All personable staff & courteous.

I have no issues with the work carried out on my Mini. I consider that I received atrocious customer service caused by communication issues and broken promises. I had no response to numerous calls despite reception promising someone would call.

Nobody picks up the phone once the car is in for service. A deadline is never a deadline with you guys. Updates are vague, calls go unanswered, and getting a straight answer feels impossible. Frustrating.

Very helpful fitted me in without an appointment receptionist very helpful. But final bill of£317 just to replace a tyre sensor was unbelievable.

This is the first time we have gone to the garage and had to wait a hour long than toll. Also we were not told that our dash cam had been unplugged as we were driving for a week before we noticed.

After a routine service my Mini was misfiring. When I returned to the dealer an agent asked patronising questions suggesting that I may just have used the car in different mode. They then took several hours to find the fault. Poor performance indeed

Friendly staff, pretty good communication, had to chase to see if my car was ready. The cost of work/parts was far too much especially with a discount due to age. Told by another garage that the work done was not up to standard so very disappointed.

I checked in my car around 11.45 for a 12.00 MOT. I declined the car wash and was advised it would be ready in 2hrs or 1.5 hrs earliest. At around 2.20 I could see my car on the front forecourt but no service adviser at their desk - too long for MOT

Overall good experience. However the garage technicians were reluctant to believe the breakdown service fault report because they couldn't reproduce the fault. Even when I was paying. It left my daughter to dive the car for seven hours hoping.

Hazel Davies, my service advisor, was excellent throughout. Her colleague Bella was also efficient, On Saturday I collected my car. None of the service desks were attended so I spoke to a man in, I presume, sales who was abrupt bordering on rude.

Impressed with the diagnosis that no brake changes were needed. The new system for checking in and receiving updates is very impersonal though. It works fine and there are people but it is nicer to be greeted and treated like a customer.

I would have put 5 stars. But I enjoy the opportunity of time free from interruptions to read. The noisy building work spoilt this. Hope it will be over soon! Also I had a tire pressure warning only 5 days post-service, which was annoying.
