Sarah was absolutely excellent. I've bought many cars in the past and this is the best experience I've ever had. It's rare you go into a showroom and someone knows the car as well. No pressure selling, felt very comfortable. Pleasure to buy from her.

On the day i picked up my car the mini app wasnt working. Sarah tried her best to link the car and keys to my phone but it wasnt having it. Luckily, my daughter was able to sort it out much later that evening. Cant praise Sarah highly enough.

Since leaving the garage (£800 on 2 tyres and an alignment & £600 on brake pads) I have a new tyre that is losing pressure. I called the garage on Saturday and emailed but no one has contacted me. I am very disappointed on several levels.

I used the check in facility for an MOT at 10am. I did check in a bit early at 9.35 so understand that my appointment was 10am but did not expect to still be there at 1pm.
