Going above & beyond to source a clubman build slot. Attention to & advice on spec detail. Flexibility to accommodate requests on collection date. Ability to deal with 6 year olds random questions, making him feel special and the process stressless.

I reluctantly ticked the box to say 'yes please' to the free wash and hoover, knowing that I park under a sycamore tree so have pretty much given up on keeping my car clean. I'm so grateful to whoever gritted their teeth and put the work in!

The staff at North Oxford are so friendly. Becky and Claire on reception were so polite. When I arrived on the second day to collect my car I was shown to the waiting area and told about the facilities. Becky was great with discussing my car's work.

I received an email telling me I would need to pay for the repairs, I was shocked. It took 3 phone calls to sort it out but it should never have happened. Total lack of communication.

Staff were excellent on reception but unfortunately when I came to collect vehicle computer still showed low battery.So I had to go home and come back next day to collect the vehicle once it had been charged overnight.

Service and MOT, with courtesy car cover, booked 8 weeks prior to the service date. I contacted North Oxford Garage to check everything was still in place a few days before and they had not booked the courtesy car.

While the repair and communication were excellent I found it almost impossible to justify the high cost of the repair, which was half the cost of the car. Consequently I am selling the Mini and buying Japanese. I simply cannot afford any more issues

Mostly good. I was surprised at the cost of MOT and service, because the car needed only a very limited check and the MOT was a good price. There were quite long and unexplained delays checking in the car and collecting it.a bit annoying

The Pitstop Service was ideal, fast service, informative walkaround video was emailed to me and I was able to work from the seating area with wifi and lovely hot chocolate!

Lost a star! Disappointed that some work was done without my consent as I could have done it myself, and I was charged for it. It wasn't a lot of money, but enough to cause an issue. The bill was reduced slightly after I questioned it.

In the past, Mini would check tyre pressures, oil and any small thing for free. Now, everything costs a lot of money and there are all sorts of packages such as 'health checks' that seem designed to induce the customer to pay more.

Whilst I can't complain about a free car wash, I'm not too sure the wash was done as car was clean going in for service but the windows were slightly dirty especially where windscreenwipers don't contact the glass. This remained the case post wash.

I had a "winter check" carried out. It seems my windscreen washer bottle was topped up/filled as part of the process. Whatever fluid was used was not 'winter grade', as the following morning, my washers had completely frozen up.

From the beginning of the purchase, I was attended by Emily Thomas. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all, she explained everything in detail, and in a very nice way. Cannot recommend her more! Feeling very pleased with the overall process :)
