Firstly, failure to achieve scheduled delivery dates due to quality control. Secondly, had I not raised the issue of the missing red bonnet stripes to the John Cooper works when taking delivery, I would have been allowed to drive the vehicle away.

I was delighted with the care and attention given to the work plus the helpful follow-up (a slight issue arose following the work, but which was not foreseeable or the fault of the mechanics, and this was sorted straight away with minimum fuss.

The booking and booking in process was very good but I had to call to see if the car had passed its MOT and if it was ready for collection. Even though the health service check video had already been sent.

The timing went very well, the cost came in a little lower as a result of some electrics not being required in the repair. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, including a warm one from your receotionist who always has a smile of recognition.
