I would have preferred to deal direct with North Oxford rather than a combination of North Oxford and MINI UK. It seemed to generate lots of emails, PDF files and text messages, some duplicated, which was a little confusing.

Nelo at Long Hanborough was great, the environment & facilities for waiting customers are pleasant, and the car cleaning is always a nice bonus! (It also helped that the work was finished slightly more quickly than expected!)

I was disappointed that the complimentary car clean wasn't done. Also we were not told that my car needed two new tyres until we arrived to collect it. The suggested price to replace them was very high so we felt obliged to go elsewhere.

Received reminder for the appointment. On arriving at the appointed time, I was received promptly with courtesy and efficiency. My Mini was returned to me within the 2 hours quoted and looked really smart, having been washed/cleaned.

The team at North Oxford were very helpful however having picked up the car I have found that the issue with sound quality is still there. I was told that the sound system was reset but after using the car the problem is not fixed.

Nobody picks up the phone once the car is in for service. A deadline is never a deadline with you guys. Updates are vague, calls go unanswered, and getting a straight answer feels impossible. Frustrating.

I have no issues with the work carried out on my Mini. I consider that I received atrocious customer service caused by communication issues and broken promises. I had no response to numerous calls despite reception promising someone would call.

I checked in my car around 11.45 for a 12.00 MOT. I declined the car wash and was advised it would be ready in 2hrs or 1.5 hrs earliest. At around 2.20 I could see my car on the front forecourt but no service adviser at their desk - too long for MOT
