On the day i picked up my car the mini app wasnt working. Sarah tried her best to link the car and keys to my phone but it wasnt having it. Luckily, my daughter was able to sort it out much later that evening. Cant praise Sarah highly enough.

I used the check in facility for an MOT at 10am. I did check in a bit early at 9.35 so understand that my appointment was 10am but did not expect to still be there at 1pm.

Am MOT was done without my permission. The car was had a new mot 2 days prior with a pass and no advisories. Mini did another mot and failed the car with damage to a rear tyre. I was unable to take my car home which was not acceptable.
