I was kept informed the whole way through, even though there was a slight delay on delivery. The customer service received was second to none from the second I walked in to enquire! Simon Gardner at the long hanborough branch is a top guy!

Went well. Two small issues - one being that we were unaware you needed an expensive mobile to operate doors via that method (and I purchased an up to date phone a week earlier that was incompatible) & two, that it only came with 1 key.

Overall good experience. However the garage technicians were reluctant to believe the breakdown service fault report because they couldn't reproduce the fault. Even when I was paying. It left my daughter to dive the car for seven hours hoping.

I asked for the warning notification regarding the 'left brake light failure' to be checked but the notification still appears. Also, the chrome piece from the driver's door handle had come off and placed in the cup holder rather than being replaced

Hazel Davies, my service advisor, was excellent throughout. Her colleague Bella was also efficient, On Saturday I collected my car. None of the service desks were attended so I spoke to a man in, I presume, sales who was abrupt bordering on rude.

Impressed with the diagnosis that no brake changes were needed. The new system for checking in and receiving updates is very impersonal though. It works fine and there are people but it is nicer to be greeted and treated like a customer.

I never met the person face to face I was dealing with on the telephone.They weren't present when I dropped off & picked up my car. When I collected my car nobody really knew whether I could take my car and it felt very unprofessional. Not impressed

I would have put 5 stars. But I enjoy the opportunity of time free from interruptions to read. The noisy building work spoilt this. Hope it will be over soon! Also I had a tire pressure warning only 5 days post-service, which was annoying.

Nice staff and waiting area. Good that the car gets a complimentary clean and hoover. Very expensive however, I'm not sure if I can afford to continue. It was good initially when my car was new, but less so now the car is past warranty.

The only negative thing I can say is I always have to wait longer than I'm told it will take. I was told 2hrs for my aircon service and regass, I sat waiting for 3.5 hrs. And nobody told me I could help myself to drinks.

I had an engine timing issue with my MINI and worked with Brian in Parts, who was incredibly helpful in identifying the correct parts and ensuring compatibility. The parts arrived quickly, and the team provided excellent technical support throughout.

Everything went to plan, I had to re-schedule my MOT appointment as I had a broken hand and could not drive. This meant having the change to accommodate my husband's schedule and a revised slot was found the following week.
