Difficult, initially, to get any response to our request to buy a car! However, it has all gone smoothly since then. However still waiting for Mini to phone me back about how to get the music to show up in the glass screen in front of the driver!

Went well. Two small issues - one being that we were unaware you needed an expensive mobile to operate doors via that method (and I purchased an up to date phone a week earlier that was incompatible) & two, that it only came with 1 key.

All good. However before coming I received a couple of messages about whether I would want to chat about a new car whilst I was there. I did respond yes, but in the event, no one approached me. I didn't pursue as I had been speculative.

Happy with service and information through the process. Only downside was driver seat was dirty after MOT and service and potential tiny scratch on the driver door after this service as i did clean manually the car a few days before the appointment
