Booked an 8am MOT on a while you wait basis. Carried out efficiently although it took 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Very very slow. Always overrun on time by at least an hour, usually more. I had an MOT booked at 9.30am and wasn't completed until 12.30pm.

very lovely waiting areas .table and chairs with tv and comfortable armchairs too complimentary don't drinks and tea and coffee and real milk not satchets ! brilliant. teams are very polite, professional and no judgement felt on entering showroom

Not expecting to get a breakdown in less than 2 years. But Jazmin was incredible with her help and support.

Very poor communication and handover on collection. Despite calling 3 times no one called me back, no updates no explanation of what had been done. Car had been cleaned externally but smeary inside not touched. It all felt like a rushed job.

Relatively satisfied. I asked a for a minor bodywork repair quote on the App when checking in, and in person in the garage, but this was not done. I asked when i picked the Mini up and i was told it would chased/emailed over, this was not done either

The service from the beginning was exceptional. Darren and Ben were fantastic. Darren was very hands on and promptly answered my query, any questions. He was especially accommodating, giving the distance I travelled, he stayed late for me.

They had my mini from the night before the MOT was booked but on the day we told them I needed to pick it up by early afternoon and it wasn't ready!

Wasted 600 pounds and problem not solved. Initial dinosaurs file to address the concern from the customer. Only then they found out that concern to be true and then asked for extra hour to reinvestigate the issue. No invoice with diagnosis given.

The gentlemen who looked after me did his job well as did the service staff. However, my car was washed and left covered in streaks (not finished properly) and my poppy which is attached to the front of my car was broken in the process.

This appeared to be an oil change plus safety inspection. I am not sure if a road test was undertaken. We waited for the car and after receiving the technician videos we felt we could not locate the service advisor and felt 'forgotten'.

The only down side I have experienced with this instance of Mini repairing my mini was that I was quoted £204 per tyre for two front tyres that needed replacing. I sourced the exact same tyres from another supplier for £130 per tyre.

The staff went above and beyond to help me. The job turned out to be more extensive as the computer needed reprogramming so the team sent me and my son home with a courtesy car. They also sorted my MOT which was wonderful.

The person in charge of our sale (Emily Thomas) was organised, professional, had excellent product knowledge, understood us and what we wanted. All of our questions were answered, deadlines were explained and kept - and we felt really looked-after.
