A message from William Le Fevre, Group Managing Director. 

The Government has now laid out the UK Roadmap to Recovery, providing greater certainty for us all. 

Our aftersales departments classified by HM Government as an ‘essential’ service remains fully and safely open to all customers to help maintain mobility. Our sales department is open online, operating successfully with remote sales, video call appointments and click & collect delivery.

As we look forward to opening our showroom doors on 12 April 2021, I thought it would be useful to confirm the ways in which we can help keep you moving in the meantime.

 

Sales:

Our sales teams are on hand to assist you, handling all aspects of purchasing a New or Used MINI via our Reserve & Buy online portal, or via Click & Collect appointments, carrying out the entire sales process online and/or over the phone for your convenience. 

We can offer Zoom/Teams/Video calls, live chat and telephone appointments, reserve online, value your part exchange and organise finance from the comfort of your home.

Aftersales:

Keeping your vehicle well maintained throughout periods of little to no use is vitally important to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy, and as we begin to exit lockdown and return to the road, this is more important than ever.

Whether your vehicle is due scheduled maintenance or you would like our trained technicians to give your vehicle a thorough inspection, or carry out a spring health check ahead of lockdown easing for your peace of mind, our service department remains open for all your vehicle needs. 

As always the safety of our team members and customers remains our number one priority. 

The wearing of a face covering for aftersales and parts customers visiting our business by appointment is mandatory. Our team members will also be wearing a face covering and when seated will be protecting you behind a screen. Please ensure you have your face covering with you prior to arrival as in the interest of our team members and customer safety those customers arriving at the site without a face covering may be turned away.
