Incredibly unhappy with the service from North Oxford. If this was my local Mini dealer I would never buy another Mini. Feel that they tried to take advantage of my lack of technical knowledge and the fact I am a female driver. Angry and unhappy.
I cannot fault the journey of my purchase. The only thing, if I was to be extremely picky, when trying to book a test drive at Portsmouth's garage, their communication was very poor. Due to this, I was inclined to visit another branch, North Oxford.
Very efficient kept fully informed while I waited to have my first car service even received a Video message on what they had completed.. very impressed.. Relaxed atmosphere with Coffee Tea on tap..

Literally just carried out a brake fluid service and nothing else. Moved the angle and tilt of the drivers seat (rather than just fore and aft adjustment). Expected better!

From the moment I came to look at a car I was very comfortable with the sales team and particularly Rhys Lines. He helped me choose the right car and finance package that suited my needs.
The car needs a computer update and I understood that I was going to be contacted to organise a date for this, but this hasn't happened as yet.

The survey fails to take into account the type of problems being addressed. The brake change was fine, if a little expensive. The first Centre Console rebooting fix did not solve the problem. The second fix requires time before I can say it works!

It was done quickly, phone call to tell me it was ready. Inspection video, explanation about possible future work. Price quotes given. Can't fault the experience.

My car was purchased from a dealership in Coventry but had a little glitch. North Oxford were extremely helpful and arranged everything, even though it turned out my car was fine. I was very grateful for the call explaining what was happening.
All staff were polite, informative, knowledgeable and attentive. The premises was modern and clean. The use of technology was professional and reassuring.
Friendly helpful staff. They even picked me up from a village a couple of miles from the garage when the trains and buses were cancelled/running late - to get me back to my car after its service.

Was informed of a TLC agreement on the car which I did not know existed. Car was cleaned and an odd issue checked.
The garage used to be very obliging, I could drop my car off at about 07.30 and get an early lift to the office some five miles away. The garage now opens at 08.30 and were not interested in my comments about an early lift.

I would have given a very but having asked about getting a quote to change my damaged stripes on the bonnet of my car I was promised an e mail the but never received one. This is the third time I have asked for a quote and received nothing :

The service received is amazing. The team always keep you updated and I absolutely love the Videos they send of the progress of your car.
Initial confusion over mileage being too high for service. This could have been handled better in the first instance but the resolution was excellent.
