Overall the staff are very welcoming. My salesman was Ricky Clarke who sold me my first mini. He is very professional , knowledgeable and a great communicator. Excellent instruction on the mini's management system.

One problem. Sales rep's out of office email gave me two addresses to comtact. Neuther replied and I made an error in consequence which cost me £80 and some trouble.

Great communication throughout the process with weekly updates on the progress. The handover of the new car was really straightforward, staff took the time to set the car key up on our phones and to set all the settings in the car as well.

My car was attended to at the time I was asked to bring it in. There were no problems and the brakes, tyres and battery were checked as I had requested. All the staff were polite, helpful and kind and I have every confidence in them.

Collection and service was good as arranged. Payment and delivery back proved rather more problematic. Not clear which number to ring to pay over the phone. Then lines too busy. After payment by card reader we later received a text requesting payment

Think I should have been warned before I arrived of the cost of insurance excess. Obs once told that you can choose then you feel obliged to have full cover or it's tempting fate for something to happen. Just absorb the cost into the service cost.

Our VHC had errors:under Tyres, the specifications of the NSF, OSF & OSR tyres are incorrect. The tyres themselves state that they end in 91Y, not 95Y. As 95Y is higher spec, the quote to replace the damaged NSF tyre is presumably excessive and could

I went in with a squeak and was told there was nothing wrong and sent array, only for it to worsen to then having a very bad experience with mini assist to then a significant fault found with my brakes. It was very badly handled.
