Simon the salesperson helped with all the necessary paperwork and helped with the new controls so i could drive it. Though the car is a delight to drive. He has made contact since to make sure all is well.

Very good - slight change of spec without notice after I had ordered. No explanation I ordered car with a sun roof - it wasn't explained as to why I was not able to have it.

No problem with the service, staff are great at North Oxford Mini. Cold drinks and a good look around at the new models. All suitably expensive. Paying over £400 a month for my Countryman, I will downsize soon. It's too much.

When I checked in for an oil service, it was discovered that I was also due a transmission service. Hazel went out of her way to find a loan car at short notice so I didn't have to wait all day for the service to be completed.

Always easy to book, check in and pick up. None of the staff try to upsell or add anything on you don't want. The dealership is a nice environment too. I like that I can receive what's app updates which means my day is not interrupted by calls.

I was very happy with the treatment at the garage but the pre-service Email I received before check in turned out to be a waste of time as I didn't know what was due and therefore ticked a number of items not required that had to be taken off.
