It was a little frustrating having to bring the car in for a service less than 6 months after purchase (brand new). The software update also does not seem to have fixed multiple issues (speed limits, phone interface ...)

Very very slow. Always overrun on time by at least an hour, usually more. I had an MOT booked at 9.30am and wasn't completed until 12.30pm.

Very poor communication and handover on collection. Despite calling 3 times no one called me back, no updates no explanation of what had been done. Car had been cleaned externally but smeary inside not touched. It all felt like a rushed job.

Relatively satisfied. I asked a for a minor bodywork repair quote on the App when checking in, and in person in the garage, but this was not done. I asked when i picked the Mini up and i was told it would chased/emailed over, this was not done either

The service from the beginning was exceptional. Darren and Ben were fantastic. Darren was very hands on and promptly answered my query, any questions. He was especially accommodating, giving the distance I travelled, he stayed late for me.

Wasted 600 pounds and problem not solved. Initial dinosaurs file to address the concern from the customer. Only then they found out that concern to be true and then asked for extra hour to reinvestigate the issue. No invoice with diagnosis given.
