First class service. I typically buy more expensive cars, and thr service varies from down right rude to very good. This is my second experience of a purchase at this dealer and the service is simply excellent. Ricky Clarke was so easy to work with.

From the start of making a decision to have a new Mini to the end of collecting my new Mini all the staff were very helpful in particular Ricky Clarke who was my contact. Very professional and kept me updated all the time.

Car would've failed mot, so asked to return when they had parts, fair enough. Second time car would've failed on SOMETHING ELSE. Again no parts. Mini service did everything they could BUT the second "failure" should have been picked up the first time

Car brought in 8 weeks ago, told needed part on 6 week back order. Took car in and was then told car couldn't be fixed as part was wrong. Tried to call on 4 times to speak to someone but never called back. Car fixed so that's good. Rest bad.

I arrived with an intermittent battery starting problem. Nello took over and managed to get my car in straight away. Enjoyed coffee while They sorted my battery problem and gave it a health check and now I confidently drive again. Thank you.

Very satisfied with work completed on the day, however the communication with booking, the day & on the day was very poor. It was almost impossible to speak to anyone in the service dept, not what you expect from mini!!

All good. MOT got done quickly, nice waiting area with coffee and biscuits, friendly staff. Only very slight negative was I arrived at 8am as requested for a waiting appointment, but then found techs don't start work at 8, so could have arrived later

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and everything was explained well. Mot offered at reduced price, but this was overlooked on invoice. Also car was due a small service but was not advised of this at time of booking

Booked in for an inspection as was concerned about my brake wear, and also had a door rattle which has been driving me mad on and off and they fixed it and know how much brake wear I have now.

Satisfied with service and MOT but not with price quoted for battery test and new battery. I found 10 other places within easy reach that would test my battery for free, and then paid half what you quoted for a new battery.

Think I should have been warned before I arrived of the cost of insurance excess. Obs once told that you can choose then you feel obliged to have full cover or it's tempting fate for something to happen. Just absorb the cost into the service cost.
