One off perfect due to the app not predicting the true delivery date, was left with few actual updates not the fault of sales but maybe the communication from plant to dealer?

Always attentive & helpful and will explain everything. Helped this time with an unexpected problem in MoT. Hazel arranged courtesy car at late notice whilst tyres delivered. All work finished but obviously later than programmed.

Very good service, a small amount of confusion when the price of the service on the App differed from what was quoted by Service Dept, but this was quickly sorted out on arrival. The time that the service was booked for was incorrect on the App.

The North Oxford garage were excellent - brilliant service from them from start to finish. Awful service from Enterprise who dealt with the replacement car, but that is no fault of the garage. Mini were excellent. Enterprise were dreadful.

Incorrect tyre depth on one tyre was recorded and my Mini nearly failed its MOT. Considerate and concerned exceptional employee sorted it, but it was touch and go and would have cost me a lot of money!
